Can you meet us planeside or in the FBO lobby?
Yes, whichever you prefer, subject to each FBO's rules and any special-event restrictions.
Do you track our flight?
Yes. We monitor every flight in real time, commercial and private, so your pickup moves with the aircraft, not the schedule.
How much wait time is included?
- Domestic commercial flights: 30 minutes from arrival, complimentary.
- International commercial flights: 45 minutes from arrival, complimentary.
- Private aviation: a two-hour minimum, from spot time until drop-off. On FBO departures, we remain at the FBO until wheels up.
- Trips with waiting time, such as dinners, sporting events and concerts, are booked by the hour.
Can flight departments book through FlightBridge?
Yes. Request and confirm through FlightBridge, and we'll keep you informed from dispatch to drop-off.
